Note
IMPORTANT: 128-Byte GreenPAK 4 one-time NVM Programmable Mixed Signal Array SLG46140. The following bits are reserved: 746-749 787 810 819 951-993 1016-1023. Setting these bits incorrectly can cause the failure of program operation. Please see device specifications for reserved values Bit 565 is RC oscillator frequency selection ‘0’:25Khz ; ‘1’:2Mhz. Bit 1015 and 1006 are NVM data read disable bit and data program disable bit respectively. These bits can be set under Device -> Setting …’ This algorithm is meant to be used with the 2MHz trim only. To program the 25KHz trim please use the device name ‘SLG46140V(25KHz)’ ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
