IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Program Memory. The Write/Read Lock Byte at FLASH address 1DFFhcan be set through Device Configure and programmed with Secure command.Device address [1E00h-1FFFh] are reserved and not mapped into buffer.In order to program Write/Read Lock Byte please enable Secure.The Lock Byte is stored in FLASH address 1DFFh and it is decoded in the following way:Bits 7-4 are for Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memoryfrom being written or block-erased.Bits 3-0 are for Read/Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memoryfrom being read written or block-erased.The only way to remove the protection is executing a Chip Erase operation.
