Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Program Memory. The Write/Read Lock Byte at FLASH address 1DFFh can be set through Device -> Configure. Device address [1E00h-1FFFh] are reserved and not mapped into buffer. The Lock Byte is stored in FLASH address 1DFFh and it is decoded in the following way: Bits 7-4 are for Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memory from being written or block-erased. Bits 3-0 are for Read/Write Lock: Clearing any of these bits to logic 0 prevents all FLASH memory from being read written or block-erased. The only way to remove the protection is executing a Chip Erase operation. GANG Programming is only supported on 9th gen.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
