IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with OTP EPROM. The Write/Read Lock Byte is at address 3FFFh. Device addresses [3E00h-3FFFh] are reserved and not mapped to the Data Pattern. In order to program Write/Read Lock Byte please enable Secure.
