IMPORTANT: Stacked Multi-Chip Package of CompactCell SRAM and Flash Memory Device has dual 64-bit chip protection registers for security purposes.The first 64 bits are porgrammed with a unique identifier at the factory andwill be read at buffer locations 800000h-800007h. Verify and Compare operation will skipthose locations. The second 64 bits are user programmableOTP area located at buffer locations 800008h-80000Fh. The OTP area protection can be PERMANENTLYenabled under Device/Configure. If the user_programmable segment of the ProtectionRegister is not blank or locked device will fail erase.
