This is a custom algorithm which supports Option Line Word0 and Word1 only. OTP 4-bit Micro Controller with LCD Driver. 4K bytes Code area(Device addresses 000h-7FFh) is mapped to Data Pattern 0000h-0FFFh. only first two word: Word0 and Word1 of 32 bytes Option Line(Device addresses 10080h-10080h) are supported. They are programmed and verified from value in Data Pattern location : 20100h-20101h. Word1 is complement of Word0. If device contain non-complement value in Word0 and Word1 read compare and verify operation will fail. 2 bytes Password Line is mapped to Data Pattern: 1020h. Password Line can also be configured under Device > configure. Serialization is not supported for Password Line. If Password Line is programmed with non 00h value further operations on device are not valid. The default Device Range is set to Code area(000h-7FFh) mapped to Data Pattern [00000h-FFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Option Line needs to be included. ‘
