IMPORTANT: This is a 8Mbyte flash SIMM organized as 2Meg X 32bits. For each device address32bits data can be accessed. LS 16bits are stored in Device unit1. MS 16bits are stored in Deviceunit2. The algorithm treats this SIMM card as an 8Meg X 16bit device. Every 4 buffer bytes correspond to one 32bit word of the device.(algorithm addresses 0-3FFFFFh correspond to device address 0-1FFFFFh)There is a direct memory mapping from the buffer to the algo address (buffer addresses 0-7FFFFFh correspond to ranges under Options 0-3FFFFFh).
