IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to207FFFh (buffer locations: 400000h – 40FFFFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection.IMPORTANT: For devices manufactured in the year 2000 or before when sector 0 is protectedit can not be unprotected but it CAN be erased and programmed. For devices manufactured in the year 2001 and later ALL sectors can be protected and unprotected (including sector 0) EXCEPT the SecSi sector which once protected can not be unprotected.
