IMPORTANT: Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 128-word HiddenROM.HiddenROM is mapped from 800000h to 80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h – 10000FFh) which can be secured permanently bysetting Device Configure menu. If HiddenROM has not been secured the user can treat itas additional OTP Sector.Each sector group of device can be protected by setting Device Configure menu. Protection settingscannot be changed; however protected sector groups still canbe erased and programmed by temporary sector group unprotection feature.Set Default buffer value’ to FFh before loading programming data file. ‘
