IMPORTANT: 1G Bit Flash Memory with extra 1024 word One Time Programmable(OTP) block and 4-Word Password area. The OTP Block Region is mapped from 4000000h to 40003FFh (Buffer locations: 8000000h – 80007FFh). The factory-locked area of the OTP Block SSR0 (Data Pattern locations: 8000000h-80001FFh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer lockable area can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. OTP Region SSR1 (Data Pattern locations: 8000200h-80003FFh) OTP Region SSR2 (Data Pattern locations: 8000400h-80005FFh) OTP Region SSR3 (Data Pattern locations: 8000600h-80007FFh) The 4-Word Password area is mapped from 4000400h-4000403h (Data Pattern locations: 8000800h-8000807h). Once Password Protection Mode Lock bit is set protected sector groups can no longer be unprotected by this algorithm.
