IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP Secured Silicon Sector.This Sector is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (Buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh).This Sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory.If the Sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as the Sector data could have a unique number.If the Sector has not been locked by the factory the user can treat it as anadditional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different fromthe state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error.128-Kbyte Boot area and the Secured Silicon Sector can simultaneously be permanentlylocked by setting option in Device Configure.Sector Protection is permanent for this device.
