IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 400000h to40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This device may be shipped with the factorylock bit already set. However the SecSi sector can still be treated as an additional OTP sector with OTP protection.The erase operation will fail if the SecSi sector has been programmed or if the user lock bit has been set.
