IMPORTANT: 4Mx16 Flash Memory with 256 Byte SecSi sector.The SecSi sector is mapped to 400000h-40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h-8000FFh).The first 128 Bytes of the SecSi [800000h-80007Fh] are locked at the factory and cannot be changed.Locations [800080h-8000FFh] of the SecSi can be programmed and permanently locked by the user.After the SecSi Sector has been locked its contents cannot be modified.The device will fail Erase if the SecSi Sector is not blank or if any of the lock bits are set.
