IMPORTANT: This is a NAND Flash Memory device with a minimum of 126 blocks.Each block contains 1024 pages which are divided into a 256 Word main page and a 8 word control area.This algorithm is mapped with each page considered a contiguous (256+8) word page.Bad Blocks are indicated at word 256 of the first or second page of a block. These wordsare forced to FFFFh during programming to indicate valid blocks.
