IMPORTANT: 2 Gigabit MirrorBit Flash memory. This device contains two 1024 Megabit flash die. Device contains two additional SecSi sectors (OTP). Flash 1 SecSi sector(SecSi Sector A) located at address range [8000000h-800007Fh] (Buffer locations: 10000000h – 100000FFh). Flash 2 SecSi sector(SecSi Sector B) located at address range [8000080h-80000FFh] (Buffer locations: 10000100h – 100001FFh). These sectors can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case these sectors need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the part has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
