IMPORTANT: 2 Gigabit MirrorBit Flash memory. This device contains two 1024 Megabit flash dies. Device contains two additional SecSi sectors (OTP). Flash 1 SecSi sector(SecSi Sector A) located at address range [8000000h-80001FFh] (Buffer locations: 10000000h – 100003FFh). Flash 2 SecSi sector(SecSi Sector B) located at address range [8000200h-80003FFh] (Buffer locations: 10000400h – 100007FFh). The first half of each one of these two sectors is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The second half is customer-lockable area and hence can be programmed and locked by the user. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. Please refer to device specifications for more detail on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sectors need to be included. ‘
