IMPORTANT: 64M Flash Memory with 8M pSRAM and 256 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sector is mapped to 400000h-40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h-8000FFh). The factory-locked area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 800000h-80007Fh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 800080h-8000FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area are One-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this are cannot be overwritten. When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the ERASE operation if this area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. The default Device Range is set to [00000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
