IMPORTANT: 8Mx16 Flash Memory with 4Mx16 pSRAM and 512 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sectoris mapped to 800000h-8000FFh (buffer locations: 1000000h-10001FFh). The factory-lockedarea of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000000h-10000FFh) is locked at factory and cannotbe changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000100h-10001FFh)can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area areOne-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this are cannot be overwritten.In Device Configure each bit of Protect Sectors setting corresponds two consecutive sectors.When Erasing the SecSi sectorthe programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the ERASE operationif this area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also fail if this area has been LOCKED.
