IMPORTANT: 256M Bit Flash Memory with extra 128 word One Time Programmable(OTP) block. The OTP Block Region is mapped from 1000000h to 1000007Fh (Buffer locations: 2000000h – 20000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this sector needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the part has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection. Password Access Feature is currently not supported. Please refer to device specifications for more detail on security features of the device. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h – 0FFFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if OTP block and Password area need to be included. ‘
