IMPORTANT: 64Mbit(x16) Multi-Purpose Flash Plus with 256 bits of Security-ID.The Security-ID is mapped to addresses 400000h-40000Fh (Buffer locations 800000h-80001Fh).The first 128 bits are SST factory programmed segment. It is programmed and lockedat SST with a random 128-bit number. Verify and Compare operation will skip this area.The second 128 bits are user segment. After programming this area can be lockedby setting Device Configure. Programming and Locking of this area is a one time only operation.
