IMPORTANT: 512M Byte NANDDrive. The device has 993 Cylinders 16 Heads and 63 Sectors/Head. Each sector contains 512 bytes/256 words. Verify must be enabled for this device selection. Warning: 1.Erase is embedded with the Program command for this device hence there is no stand-alone Erase. Consequently when AutoRange feature is used (on by default) the blank regions of the Data Pattern at virgin state on a four head boundary are neither Programmed nor Verified to be blank. These regions will maintain their previous state. For virgin devices this previous state is the blank state of the device. ‘
