IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Embedded SuperFlash Memory.Please Note: For devices other than DIP package this algorithm will only work for Revision AA silicon and later.The ‘Check electronic identifiers’ option under Device/Options must be set to ‘ENABLE’ for this device to operate correctly. This part has two programmable blocks.These are mapped to Buffer locations [0000h-7FFFh] (Block0) and [E000h-FFFFh] (Block1). The address range located in Buffer locations [8000h-DFFFh] is ignored for all commands.Block 0 and Block 1 can be individually Erased and Programmed by adjusting the range settings under Device/Options. Please note individual block erases will not execute if Security Lock has been Enabled. Also blockerasing does not Erase the SC0 SC1 Double Clock or Security Lock bits. If the full range is selected Erase will perform the Chip Erase procedure. This procedure Erases SC0 SC1 Double Clock and the Security Lock bits. SB123 (Security Lock Bits) can be programmed by enabling Secure options under Device/Options. Start-up Configuration bits SC0 SC1 and the Double Clock Operation bit can be set under Device/Configure.
