IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Embedded SuperFlash Memory.Please Note: For devices other than DIP package this algorithm will only work for Revision AA silicon and later.The ‘Check electronic identifiers’ option under Device/Options must be set to ‘ENABLE’ for this deviceto operate correctly. This part has two programmable blocks.These are mapped to Buffer locations [0000h-FFFFh] (Block0) and [10000h-11FFFh] (Block1). Theseblocks can be individually Erased and Programmed by adjusting the range settings under Device/Options.Please note individual block erases will not execute if Security Lock has been Enabled. Also blockerasing does not Erase the SC0 Double Clock or Security Lock bits. If the full range is selectedErase will perform the Chip Erase procedure. This procedure Erases SC0 Double Clock and the SecurityLock bits.SB123 (Security Lock Bits) can be programmed by enabling Secure options under Device/Options.Start-up Configuration bit SC0 and the Double Clock Operation bit can beset under Device/Configure.
