1. OPBT0-OPBT7 options can be programmed compared read and verified. OPBT8-OPBT12 options can be programmed but cannot be compared read and verifiedErased. Device specifications provide details on how this CRC is calculated. 2. it is NOT possible to read out the ICU-M configuration once the ICU-M is active. 3. Erase function for a Blank secured device is not supported. 4. The Security Flag and SPD can be set in the Secure command. 5. Security for this device is verified after performing Secure operation. 6. In order to program this Byte please enable Secure. 7. Set bit 5 to 0 to disable Erase set bit 6 to 0 to disable Program set bit 7 to 0 to disable Read.

8. Bits 4 to 0 are reserved and should be set to 1s. Bits 5 6 and 7 cannot be erased and once bit 5 is programmed to 0 the whole chip is secured. 9. Serialization is not supported. 10. Once the SPD is enabled and programmed.The programmer cannot access the device again. 11. Enable Validate ICU to program OPBT8-12

RPI Considerations:Once Device is Programmed with ICU/ID code it cannot be accessed again with different ID.Security type cannot be programmed if ID is programmed To secure the device with IID add SPD setting in the RPi file.To Program the Extend OPBTS.You need to set the Validate ICU setting in RPI file. ‘
