Note
IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses $C000-$FFFF are FLASH. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map including factory trim at address $FFBE(NVICGTRM). There are some locations reserved in the FLASH memory map. The following are reserved addresses: $FFB8-$FFBC. These locations will be ignored during Program Read and Verify. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map included reserved memory. The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $FFBF are security bits (SEC01:SEC00). They are ignored during Program and Verify and read 1:0 if unsecured during Read and Compare. Program command will re-trim internal Oscillator (FLL internal reference clock ) and program to $FFBE(NVICGTRM). The device is trimmed based on the following conditions: – 4.443Mhz bus rate – 3V power supply – 2% accuracy – Trim is valid to the circuitry on the Socket Module on which it is performed.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
