If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The device memory is mapped one-to-one to the Buffer. Please note that while the Buffer is byte-wide addressable the device is word-wide addressable. The data to be programmed to the non-volatile (EPROM) area of the device must start at Buffer address [2000h].The two most significant bits (bits 7 and 6) of Buffer address [2018h] should be set to 1or the device could be secured.Buffer addresses [2019h 201Bh] is reserved and must contain 0x20. The CLKOUT frequency is controlled by the following values in buffer location 2015h:44h-Enable OSC1;11h-Enable OSC0;FFh or any other value-Do not program UPROM bits. The value in the buffer location 2015h is ignored during Program/Verify.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
