If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.Bits 5-7 of Configuration Byte 1 must be set to 1. This is the UCONFIG1 byteand per Intel are reserved bits. If these bits are not set to 1 the part willfail compare and verify.Default buffer value must be set to 255(FFh). The EncryptBuf is used on read back. If the Encryption array has been programmed EncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key toread the device properly. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONS to operate the secure command. Three lock bits are available in this chip: LB1 LB2 and LB3. If LB1(Level 2) is set further programming of EPROM is disabled. If LB1&LB2(Level 3) are setverify of EPROM is disabled. If LB1&LB2&LB3(Level 4) are set external execution is disabled.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
