Note

IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM.Default buffer value must be set to 255(FFh). The encryption array itself cannot be read out.The EncryptBuf is used on read back. If the Encryption array has been programmedEncryptBuf must contain the correct encryption key to read the device properly. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONS to operate the secure command. This device has 3 lock bits: LB1 LB2 and LB3. You can specify which of these bitsif any are to be programmed from the OPTIONS menu.Programming LB1 only: MOVC instructions executed from external program memory are disabled fromfetching code bytes from internal memory EA is sampled and latched on Reset andfurther programming of the EPROM is disabled.Programming LB1 and LB2 also disables verify.Programming LB1LB2 and LB3 also disables external execution.!!!Note: If both Encryption and Secure functions are required they must be done together byenabling both the Encrypt after programming’ and ‘Secure after programming’ options underDEVICE/OPTIONS. ‘

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
