Note
IMPORTANT: The Data EEPROM’ is addressed in the buffer at 40h-7fh. The ‘Code EEPROM’ is addressed in the buffer at 800h-FF5h.Initialization Register 1 is located at buffer address BBh. It can be set from DEVICE/CONFIGUREmenu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. All other addresses of DATA RAMregisters and WDIS RDIS bits of Initialization Register 1 are treated as don’t-cares in the buffer. If Code Protection is desired set DEVICE/OPTIONS/’Secure After Programming’ to ‘ENABLE’. There three secureoptions: RDIS WDIS and WDIS&RDIS. Set RDIS will disable verify in programming mode.Set WDIS will disable attempts to write new contents to the memory in programming mode. Set WDIS&RDIS will enable both WDIS and RDIS protecting options.Reserved bits are set in the programming algorithm and cannot be changed. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
