IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi OTP sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If the sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as the sector data could have an unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different from the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the OTP sector has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory with OTP sector protection.
