IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector.This sector is mapped from 200000h to 20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This sector can bepurchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excludedfrom programming and verification ranges as this data could have an unique number. If this part has not beenlocked by the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection.Factory Lock Status is displayed in Device/Configure. If this option is different than the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error. When Erasing the OTP section the programmerwill blank-check the sector and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE functionwill also fail if the OTP area has been SECURED.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
