IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector (OTP). The OTP sector is mapped from 400000h to40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If the OTP sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as the sector data could have an unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the OTP sector has not been lockedby the factory then the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory with OTP sector protection.If the OTP sector is locked or not blank device will fail erase.*** Please set the default buffer value’ under Buffer/Options to FFh. *** ‘
