IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector (OTP). The OTP sector is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If the OTP sector is factory locked it will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the OTP sector has not been locked by the factory then the user can treat it as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. If the OTP sector is locked or not blank device will fail erase.
