IMPORTANT: *** In new revised version parts SecSi unlock status bit is set to DQ7=0 andfor Lock DQ7=1 (like the rest of Spansion Flash Devices). ***Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 800000hto 80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h – 10000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat this sector as additional OTP memory with an OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different than the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error.
