IMPORTANT: Uniform Sector Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP section. This sector is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as additional OTP memory with an OTP sector protection. Factory Lock Status is displayed in Device Configure menu. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. When Erasing the OTP section the programmerwill blank-check the sector and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE functionwill also fail if the OTP area has been PROTECTED.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified. ‘
