Note
IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP sector. This sector is mapped from 400000h to40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If the sector is Factory Locked it will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as the sector data could have an unique number. If the sector has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat it as an additional OTP memory with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device/Configure. If this option is different from the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error.
