Note

IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional SecSi sector (OTP). This sector is mapped from 800000h to80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h – 10000FFh). The SecSi sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector needs to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If the part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection. This algorithm uses Double Word (x32) mode addressing. In the buffer the 32-bit data must be arranged in the following order:[Byte1(DQ7..DQ0) Byte2(DQ15..DQ8) Byte3(DQ23..DQ16) Byte4(DQ31..DQ24)]. Thus under Device/Options menu setting Byte order to MSB=0LSB=1 is not allowed.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
