IMPORTANT: This is a Flash EPROM with an additional SecSi sector. This sector is mapped from 100000h to107FFFh (buffer locations: 200000h – 20FFFFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have an unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection.NOTE: Currently we are unable to read the status of the user lock on this device. Thereforeprogramming and reading of the user lock status is disabled.
