Note
IMPORTANT: Set Default buffer value’ under BUFFER/OPTIONS to 0xFF before loading the buffer. This device contains 128 bit Protection Register at locations [400000h-40000Fh] in the buffer.The first 64 bits (Block-A) at locations [400000h-400007h] in the buffer are pre-programmed by themanufacturer and cannot be modified. The other 64 bits (Block-B) can be modified and are located at memory locations 400008h-40000Fh. Locking the Block B is a one time only operation. For more information please refer to ATMEL spec. ‘
