IMPORTANT: This device contains 128 bits Protection Register.The first 64 bits(Block A) are pre-programmed by the manufacturerand cannot be modified. Block A is mapped to buffer locations 800000h-800007h.These bits are ignored during Compare and Verify.The second 64 bits (Block B) are one time programmable and they aremapped to buffer locations 800008h-80000Fh.The default Device Range is set to [00000h-3FFFFFh].Please select Entire File’ under Device Range if Protection Register needs to be included. ‘
