IMPORTANT: 1-megabit (128K x 8) Flash Memory.The address range of the boot block is 00000h-03FFFh. Once the boot block lockoutfeature is enabled it is permanently set. However duringerasing and programming the lockout feature is temporarily disabled so thecontents of a protected boot block can still be changed by the programmer.Please see Atmel specification for details about Sector Erase.
