IMPORTANT: The address range of the Boot block is 0000h to 3FFFh. If the Boot block is not locked erasing either the main memory or the Boot blockwill erase both the blocks.Once the Boot block lockout is enabled the data in the Boot block can no longer be erased or programmed. You can still erase and reprogram the main memory.The Boot block lockout can be enabled using the Secure command or setting Device Configure optionsbefore Program.
