Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

The address range of the boot block is 00000h-03FFFh. The entire chip must be erased and programmed in order to erase and program the boot block. Other blocks can be erased and programmed separately. Once the boot block lockout feature is enabled (Device/Configure) it is permanently set.However when erasing and programming the entire chip the lockout is temporarily disabled so the contents of the boot block can still be changed by the device programmer.
