IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash and EEPROM.8K bytes program memory is mapped to 0000h-1FFFh.256 bytes data memory is mapped to 2000h-20FFh.256 bytes User Signature is mapped to 2100h-21FFh.The Security bits [LBOLB1LB2] may be erased and reprogrammed.To modify the User Configuration Fuses select Device Specific Settings.Lock Mode 4 is not supported.The Default range for the device is [0000h-1FFFh]. To Program the entire device you must selectthe full range AND change the User Signature Programming byte to 00h under Device Specific Settings. If this is not done you will not be able to program the User Signature Area.
