IMPORTANT: The on-chip RC oscillator (RCEN bit) is pre-programmed at the manufacturer and is enabled all the time.Buffer address range 0-3FFh is FLASH Program Memory and 400h-43Fh is EEPROM Data Memory.The device has two lock bits.If LB1 is set further programming of memory without first erasing the device is disabled.If LB1&LB2 is set verify of memory is also disabled.Erasing the device erases the Flash Program Memory the EEPROM Data Memory and clears all lockbits.Erasing the device will not change the state of the Fuse bits. These can be changed by reprogramming the device.
