IMPORTANT: AT91 ARM Thumb Microcontroller with 2M bytes Flash Memory with 128-Bit Protection register mapped to 200000h-20000Fh in the buffer. The first 64-Bits of the Protection register are factory programmed and cannot be changed. The OTP user programmable portion of the Protection register is mapped to 200008h-20000Fh in the buffer.
