Note
IMPORTANT: Buffer location 0000h-3FFFh is FLASH Program Memory and 4000h-41FFhis EEPROM Data Memory. Lock bits LB1 and LB2 can be set under Device/Options.Boot Lock bits(BLB01BLB02BLB11BLB12) under Device/Configure can only be programmedfrom 1(UNPROGRAMMED) to 0(PROGRAMMED).Erase operation erases all Lock and Boot Lock Bits and sets all Fuse Bytes to default values. The Fuse bits are locked if Lock bit1(LB1) is programmed. There is one Calibration Byte residing in the signature row high byte of addresses 00h.It is for 8.0MHz internal RC Oscillator calibration. To program one of the calibration bytes into the memory1)Set CALIBRATION to ENABLE2)Set CAL BYTE ADDRESS to Calibration Byte address 00h.3)Set CALIBRATION ADDRESS to the memory address [0000h-41FFh] you want to program the Calibration Byte.New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration.COMPARE operation will only verify data read from the device against data in the Buffer.Calibration byte will be ignored during compare regardless of the Calibration settings inDevice Configure menu.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
