Default Algorithm Range 0000_0000 – 0001_07FF 0000_0000 – 0001_07FF

* R:Read only W:One time programmable (OTP) R/W:readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E:readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection. Special Device Considerations:

You may program the Calibration informationto any location in the device through the Device/Configure menu.to any location in the device through the Device/Configure menu.New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration. You also can set the fuse from Fuse Low Byte Fuse High Byte and Extended Fuse Byte under Device/Configure menu. The fuses are mapped into the fuse bytes in the following way. Fuse Low Byte: [Bit0:CKSEL0 Bit1:CKSEL1 Bit2:CKSEL2 Bit3:CKSEL3 Bit4:SUT0 Bit5:SUT1 Bit6:BODEN Bit7:BODLEVEL]; Fuse High Byte: [Bit0:BOOTRST Bit1:BOOTSZ0 Bit2:BOOTSZ1 Bit3: EESAVE Bit4:CKOPT Bit5:SPIEN Bit6:JTAGEN Bit7:OCDEN]; Extended Fuse Byte: [Bit0:WDTON Bit1:M103C]. Please refer to the device specifications for detailed information. CAL BYTE ADDRESS menu has been added in Device/Configure to select one of the addresses (0h-3h) in the signature row high byte for 1 2 4 and 8 MHz internal RC Oscillator Calibration. BLB01..2 has been corrected to BLB02..1 and BLB11..2 has been corrected to BLB12..1 in Device/Configure to correspond the display with the programming bits. If CALIBRATION option is set to ENABLE compare will fail for the calibration byte location.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
