IMPORTANT: 64Mbit (4M x 16) Flash Memory.This device contains an OTP sector with 128 bits located at [800008h-800017h] in the buffer.After read locations [800000h-800007h] in the buffer contain Unique device number that is programmed by factoryand cannot be changed.The OTP Data Protection Bit and Security Protection Bit can be set under Device/Configure.Programming these Protection bits is a one-time only operation.If the Security Block Protection Bit is secured the Parameter Block #0 located at [0000h-1FFFh] in the bufferis no longer erasable or programmable.If the OTP Data Protection Bit is secured programming of the OTP sector and the SecurityBlock Protection bit will fail.
