Note
IMPORTANT: 64Mbit Secure Flash with 192-bit Protection Register and Krypto security features. The Protection Register is divided into a 64 bit segment (Data Pattern [800000h-800007h]) and a 128 bit segment (Data Pattern [800008h-800017h]). The 64 bit segment is pre-programmed with a unique device number and cannot be modified. The 128 bit segment is One Time Programmable(OTP) and can be locked by setting the Protection Register Lock Bit under Device > Configure. To configure Krypto security set in the Data Pattern the 4-Word Key1 (Data Pattern [800018h-800001Fh]) the 4-Word Key2 (Data Pattern [800020h-8000027h]) and the 4-Word Password (Data Pattern [800028h-800002Fh]). Then set individual NVRP/NVMP block bits and specific KPMS bits under Device > Configure. To program the Krypto security and Protection Register Lock Secure must be enabled. Once Krypto security has been programmed the device is considered Secured and may not be reprogrammable. Setting the Krypto Protection Modes Disable Bit (bit 2 of Krypto Protection Modes Settings) prevents further access to the device by the programmer. This bit cannot be verified. The Blank command does not perform blank check on the lock bits. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire File’ under Device > Range if entire device range is required. ‘
